Empowering Women Through Virtual Pelvic Floor Wellness

WHOW Wellness was founded to empower women through expert pelvic floor therapy, personalized consultations, and holistic wellness programs, all available from the comfort of home.

Our mission is to make evidence-based pelvic floor care accessible to every woman, helping you regain strength, confidence, and control over your body. With compassionate guidance and virtual support, WHOW ensures every woman feels supported, understood, and empowered throughout her wellness journey.

The WHOW Story: Leading the Way in Virtual Pelvic Floor Wellness

Founded by Dr. Sarah Zanotti, PT, DPT, OMPT, FAFS, WHOW is the result of years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy combined with a deep passion for women's health. After becoming a mother of three, Sarah developed a profound understanding of the challenges women face with pelvic floor health. This inspired her to expand her expertise and create a platform that offers personalized care and education to women everywhere.

Sarah earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and specialization in Orthopedic Manual Therapy in 2010, and 2012. From there, she went on to acquire numerous other specialties in functional medicine. Now, with WHOW, Sarah can bring expertise to women seeking pelvic floor rehabilitation and wellness solutions online
